Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment.

How long is the warranty time for your products?
The warranty is 12 months for hardware components since shipment date, also we can extend the warranty with further negotiation.

Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

What's your payment terms?
50% deposit in advance, balance 50% paid after inspection but before shipment by TT.

Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory locates in Shenzhen, China. Please let us know your visiting schedule in advance, and we will arrange it.

What are the steps for an order?
Step 1: We agree on the kiosk configuration, and sign PI or PO for both parties.
Step 2: You arrange payment and we confirm payment receiving.
Step 3: We start to make kiosk drawings and send them to you for approval.
Step 4: Continue with production drawing making after getting kiosk drawing approval.
Step 5: Start the kiosk enclosure production and components collecting.
Step 6: Components and enclosure assembly test.
Step 7: Enclosure powder coating.
Step 8: Assembly and test.
Step 9: Balance payment confirmed.
Step 10: Shipping.
Step 2: You arrange payment and we confirm payment receiving.
Step 3: We start to make kiosk drawings and send them to you for approval.
Step 4: Continue with production drawing making after getting kiosk drawing approval.
Step 5: Start the kiosk enclosure production and components collecting.
Step 6: Components and enclosure assembly test.
Step 7: Enclosure powder coating.
Step 8: Assembly and test.
Step 9: Balance payment confirmed.
