The day-long visit featured a comprehensive tour of our full-industry-chain production base for self-service terminals and ATMs, with senior management and core R&D teams from both hardware and software divisions accompanying the delegation throughout the visit.
The delegation toured HONGZHOU SMART's state-of-the-art production facilities, gaining first-hand insight into every stage of self-service terminal manufacturing—from raw materials to finished products—across five core workshops.
At the ATM and Kiosk enclosure/chassis production workshop, the delegation observed the complete sheet metal fabrication process, including laser cutting, CNC bending, and welding/polishing operations. HONGZHOU SMART operates a modern manufacturing facility of approximately 15,000 square meters with vertically integrated production capabilities spanning sheet metal fabrication to full-system assembly.
The tour continued to the Self-service Kiosk and ATM assembly and testing workshop, where delegates closely examined the complete assembly line and the 72-hour burn-in testing process conducted under simulated real-world operating conditions. At the cable harness processing workshop and the mainboard and PCBA electronic manufacturing workshop, the delegation focused on HONGZHOU SMART's in-house manufacturing capabilities for core electronic components, cable harnesses, and mainboards.
